摘要: | 本研究的目的在探討資訊由團隊外至團隊內,如何被團隊成員搜集、處理而至成為團隊未來知識管理不可或缺的能力,並且影響團隊整體表現的過程。採用問卷調查法,研究對象為便利取樣而得,發出272份問卷,收回208份問卷,回收率達76%,去除不完整的問卷後保留205份問卷,又因為本研究以團隊為分析單位,所以進入最後分析的是有2份以上問卷的團隊,最後是以96個團隊,計192份問卷做階層迴歸分析及集群分析。
研究結果發現,搜集本業資訊的活動對於資訊分享活動是負向顯著的影響,搜集業外資訊對資訊分享活動則是正向顯著的影響,資訊分享活動對潛在知識吸納能力及實質吸納能力的影響可能是經由問題解決活動,單純的資訊分享活動對於知識吸納能力的影響達不到顯著水準,問題解決活動對於知識吸納能力是正向顯著影響,資訊分享活動對於團隊表現的影響可能也是經由問題解決活動而發生,單純的資訊分享活動對於團隊表現的影響未達顯著水準,問題解決活動對於團隊表現是正向顯著的影響。 The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a work team’s information acquisition on its knowledge sharing and problem solving behaviors among its team members and also the effects of these behaviors on the team’s knowledge absorptive capacity and work performance. Survey Research was used to collect data for hypothesis testing. One hundred and ninety-two questionnaires returned by 96 work teams from various industries provided complete response to the survey questionnaire. One member of each work team provided assessment on the information acquisition, knowledge sharing, and problem solving behaviors manifested in the team. Another member provided information about the knowledge absorptive capacity attained and the performance level achieved by the team. The results from regression analyses show that collecting information from the sources outside the industry is positively related with a work team’s knowledge sharing and problem solving activities among its members. However, collecting information from the sources within the industry is negatively associated with these activities. Problem solving activity in a work team is positively related with its knowledge absorptive capacity. Knowledge sharing activity is also positively related with the absorptive capacity; however, this relationship is mediated by the problem solving activity. Only problem solving activity was found to be positively related with team performance. Knowledge sharing had no such relationship. |
