dc.description.abstract隨著全球化的演進,國際間各跨國企業正積極運用全球運籌與物流策略,期 能提升其產品於國際流通上之競爭力,其中,國際物流網路的佈局與整合策略便 扮演其關鍵角色。有鑑於此,本計畫擬以一多年期計畫,針對國際物流網路之設 計與營運課題進行一系列相關之探討與研究,其主要目的將整合國際物流於規劃 面之網路設計問題與營運面之全球運籌與物流管理策略,即在考量第三方國際物 流業者於全球物流網路設計下,同時追求整體網路營運之最適化。其中在第一年 計畫中,本研究重點將提出階層式物流網路設計(Hierarchical Logistics Network Design, HLND)之概念模式,針對全球物流營運據點進行分層佈設、分類設計, 並冀望能於研究中應用整數規劃與群聚分析之方法論,發展出具體之方法論,據 此結果再提供後續第二年計畫之研究。而第二年計畫中,將利用規劃出之各分層 營業據點,構建整合型全球物流動態資源管理與營運模式,以期達到整體系統資 源管理之最適化,其中並首將分區階層概念併入模式構建中。模式將以一實例進 行驗證與結果分析,以瞭解所提方法之可行性。接下來第三年計畫中,更將針對 相關國際物流輸配送策略如複合運具之動態車隊管理、調度與繞境之營運特性納 入考量,發展一能即時因應全球物流服務需求之動態物流輸配送營運模式,以期 達到真正系統最適化之最終目標。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractDue to the tendency of globalization, strategic planning for global logistics (GL) network configurations and operations is vital to the enhancement of global competitiveness of transnational enterprises. In the 3-year research project, we plan to investigate an integrated global logistics network design and operational methodology responding to the urgent need of GL strategic management and operations. This research proposal aims at the 1st-year research of the 3-year project, where our main study purpose is to propose a conceptual framework coupled with the corresponding mathematical model for the optimization of hierarchical GL network design, where the fundamentals of integer programming and fuzzy cluster analytical techniques will be used to determine the corresponding solutions, e.g., the number, size, and location of the specified GL facilities spread around the world. The output of the 1st-year project will be used as the basis for the research in the 2nd-year project, in which we may aim at the integration of dynamic programming and multi-objective models to deal with the resulting dynamic GL multi-resource management issues, followed by the 3rd-year project to investigate the integrated GL distribution operational model for the ultimate goal of quick-responsive GL operations. In addition, numerical studies aiming at real operational cases will be conducted to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed methodologies in the 3-year research project.en_US
