dc.description.abstract | 本計畫主要依據風力機的國際標準測試規範來發展一套對風力機系統及零組 件之各種機械行為、破壞模態分析及可靠度試驗之技巧,使得風力機結構件達到安全與 可靠。本計畫茲就風力機系統及結構件的靜態試驗、動態試驗、疲勞試驗、損傷檢測、 噪音及可靠度評估等方面進行為期二年的研究,其研究目的為開發風力機試驗所需的設 備及夾治具,建立風力機可靠度試驗的作業程序。利用所建立的試驗平台測試所研製之 風力機,並評估其可靠性。研究結果可回饋給子計畫一和二作為改善系統及零組件之設 計用。各年研究目的及內容分述如下: 一、第一年 目的:建立風力機試驗的平台及識別風力機零組件的破壞模態。 內容: (1) 開發風力機試驗所需的設備及夾治具。 (2) 進行試片的測試,求取材料性質、強度及及S-N 曲線,供各子計畫使用。 (3) 對風力機零組件進行各種拉壓試驗、扭轉實驗、疲勞試驗,獲得破壞強度, 實驗結果提供各子計畫作為改進分析、設計、檢測和製程等方法之用。 (4) 利用非破壞檢測進行損傷檢測,識別風力機零組件的破壞模態。 二、第二年 目的:製作實物並以實驗驗證製造方法的正確性,獲得高可靠度的風力機系統與零組 件。 內容:應用第一年各子計畫研究成果來進行下列研究工作: (1) 風力機實體組裝及開發實體風力機試驗所需的設備,進行實機試驗。 (2) 建立實體風力機運轉時風力機的多點應變量檢測、振動頻率檢測、噪音檢 測、性能測試與穩定性檢測的程序,可提供業界參考。 (3) 建立實體風力機可靠度試驗。 (4) 實驗數據提供給各子計畫驗參考與驗證。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Three techniques for, namely, mechanical behavior testing, failure mechanisms identification and reliability testing in accordance with different international standards of wind turbines are developed. In this project, wind turbines are subjected to static testing, dynamical testing, fatigue testing, nondestructive testing and reliability assessment in two years. The goal of this study is to obtain testing-platforms and testing procedures for reliability and quality assurances of the wind turbines. The project will work closely with other projects to achieve this goal. The research work will be conducted in two years and the research contents for each year are listed as following: (i) The 1st year Objective: Develop testing-platforms and identify failure mechanisms of specimens. Content: (a) Develop experimental fixture and apparatus. (b) Find structural properties, strength and S-N curve to support other two sub-projects. (c) Determine failure strengths of wind turbine components. (d) Use the nondestructive testing to identify the failure mechanisms of specimens. (ii) The 2rd year Objective: Assess reliability and safety of wind turbines, and establish procedure of reliability testing Content: Use the techniques developed in the previous year to achieve the following tasks: (a) Evaluate reliability of the wind turbines by performing fatigue tests and determine fatigue life. (b) Verify the correctness of the design method and the fabrication procedure. (c) Perform stain testing, vibration testing, noise testing and functional testing of wind turbines. The results support other projects. (d) Establish procedure of reliability testing of wind turbines. | en_US |
