摘要: 為了促進我國資訊與智慧型運輸系統(Intelligent Transportation System, ITS)產業發展,以及落實關鍵技術於國內生根的遠景下,本研究擬依交通部所規劃之ITS系統架構,結合無線寬頻技術,開發適合ITS之車載資通訊系統(Telematics)服務。本研究將針對國內車載資通訊平台於智慧型運輸系統的應用研究進行回顧,並根據「台灣地區智慧型運輸系統國家級系統計架構」所擬定的整體目標規劃,來規劃車載資通訊平台於智慧型運輸系統之應用服務。本研究接著將以「先進旅行者資訊系統」為例,研究智慧型運輸系統服務領域與車載資通平台整合之資訊及其理論架構。最後將以「商車營運服務」和「先進大眾運輸服務」為例,並透過「先進旅行者資訊系統」所提供之資訊,進行與車載資通平台相結合之整合型系統開發研究。
The objectives of this research focused on developing services of Telematics with ITS system framework proposed by Ministry of Transportation and Communications. Based on National ITS system architecture, this research begins with reviewing existing ITS services and Telematics applications; and drafts suitable Telematics Services. In the second year, we will study the framework of integrated ITS and Telematics services; and demonstrate the framework with Advanced Traveler Information System (ATIS). Furthermore, this study integrated Commercial Vehicle Operations (CVO) and Advanced Public Transportation System (APTS) with ATIS information to demonstrate the systematic integration and development.
