dc.description.abstract | 本發明係揭露一種感測元件、製造方法及其生物檢測系統。此感測元件包含一具有通道之場效應電晶體、一參考電極、一第一頓化層、一第二頓化層以及一微流道。第一頓化層用以包覆場效應電晶體之一端,第二頓化層用以包覆場效應電晶體之另一端,微流道與第一頓化層及第二頓化層接合,使其微流道橫跨於通道場效應電晶體通道上。場效應電晶體一通道表面以化學或物理方法修飾之,當一待測樣品透過微流道接觸通道之表面時,通道場效應電晶體之電導即可隨之改變達成微量偵測。 | zh_TW |
