邁向工具機產業專屬ERP：工具機產業特性暨差異化ERP功能需求之研究

Abstract

多篇研究告已經證實了ERP極低的成功率，而針對不同產業開發各自專屬的ERP，可以有效提升ERP與企業需求之間的契合度，是解決ERP困境的有效作法。本研究應用文獻分析、專家審查、深度訪談等研究手段來探究工具機產業的特性，以及這些特性所衍生出來的差異化ERP功能需求，並得出了兩項以企業機能做為劃分準則的成果：產業特性清單和差異化ERP功能需求表列。本研究的成果可以做為後續學術研究的基礎，可以做為工具機廠商的ERP挑選及客製化依據，也可以用來評斷既有ERP與工具廠商需求之間的契合度，而參據本研究成果改善完成的工具機產業專屬ERP將可以更貼近工具機廠商的需求，進而大幅減少客製化情況並提高成功率。

In spite of the high expectations of organizations purchasing ERP packages, most traditional ERP projects exceed budget, involve delays and even fail. Industry-specific ERPs are specifically designed for a particular industry. These systems address the unique requirements of a particular industry and provide advantages that traditional ERPs cannot without custom modifications. However, little attention has been given to industry-specific ERPs. This three-phase study was designed to explore the characteristics and unique ERP functional requirements of the machine tool industry. Results of this study could serve as the basis for the further study, development, evaluation and selection of machine tool industry-specific ERPs.
