資訊時代的新聞概念：小寫新聞的誕生

Abstract

近年来網路科技逐漸為人們所採用，一些既有的概念開始受到強烈挑戰。由於網路科技的加入，使得原本新聞概念也開始變化，值此時，我們認為有必要重新檢視新聞（也就是本文所稱之「大寫新聞」）這個概念。本文並非要提出一個普世皆然的新聞概念，更無意也無力推翻先前所出現的任何概念，只是要試圖说明，當我們面對現今社會各種衝擊和新科技不斷出現的同時，我們或許可以藉由討论来展示另一種不同的看法，也或許會出現另一種「小寫新聞」的可能。

In recent years, people gradually adopt new technologies in their daily life. The idea of news has been challenged greatly in the same time. We think it is the right time for us to re-think the “News” (the capitalized News) concept in this information age. In this study, we never try to deny (or destroy) any previous concepts about News. What we try to do in this paper is to find a better way to capture the floating meaning of news. If we could achieve this goal, we will be able to have more possibilities to understand what “news” or “lowercase news” is.
