dc.description.abstract本論文研製之觸控面板進入21世紀後,人們在工作上與日常生活中對於人機介面的電子3C產品的依賴程度越來越高,也帶動了觸控顯示面板技術的蓬勃發展。電容式觸控由於可支援多點觸碰且製程容易等優點已廣泛應用於攜帶式的3C產品。為滿足輕巧化的目的,電容式觸碰面板大多採用OGS技術。OGS雖然擁有許多優點,但其讓人詬病的缺點就是ITO感測器的圖案(Pattern)相當明顯,導致面板上顯示出非必要的陰影,稱為圖案明顯度問題。本研究提出了三種結構以不同折射率的材料搭配來降低圖案明顯度的問題,並透過數值軟體Thin film calculator來模擬各結構的圖案明顯度並分析最佳結構參數以及可容許的製程公差,最後藉由實際製作樣品來驗證模擬的正確性。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA procedure is Touch panel in the 21 centery, the requirement of human–computer interaction becomes more and more important. And this aslo inspired the development of touch panel technique. Among so many different types of touch panel technique, capacitive touch screen has been widely used in portable products due to its easier fabrication process and multi-point touching capability. To reduce the device weight and thickness, capacitive touch panel usually adopt the OGS approach. Although the OGS has many advantages, but they still suffers from ITO pattern visibility issue, which introduces unavoidable shallow,region on the screen. In this thesis, we propose three different types of index matching structure to reduce the pattern visibility. Using the numerical software, thin film calculator, the visibility of different structure could be verified, and their fabrication tolerance could be also analyzed. Finally, the simulation results were verified by the device measurement.en_US
