摘要: | 本研究主題為探討性別角色與轉換領導及交易型領導兩種風格之間的關係,是否會受到職業類別區隔的影響,故以職業類別型態為主要調節變數。研究方法採問卷調查法,性別角色以「性別角色量表」,領導風格則是用「多因素領導行為量表」為研究工具,總共回收有效問卷317份。研究結果發現:
一、 不同的性別角色會對領導風格造成影響,尤其是雙性化者以及未分化者。
二、 性別角色為雙性化者及未分化者領導風格兼具轉換型領導和交易型領導,其中雙性化者強度較高。
三、 職業類別型態對性別角色及轉換型領導具有部分調節效果。
四、 轉換型領導中的魅力領導及個別關懷兩構面,對性別角色與領導風格確實產生調節作用。 This study the occupational segregation by sex influence the relationship between gender role and two type of leadership style: transformational leadership and transactional leadership or not. Therefore we use occupational sex typing as a moderator. The questionnaire was applied into collecting data, and gender role were measured with the Sex Role Inventory (BSRI) and leadership styles were measured with the Multi-factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) in the sample of 317 valid questionnaires. The result of the study indicated that gender role did influence leadership style, especially for the androgynous and the un-differentiated. We also found that two subscales of transformational behaviors leadership style, individualized consideration and idealized influence, had moderating effect of gender role and t leadership style. |
