立式製袋充填包裝機之製袋成型器設計與製作

Abstract

立式製袋充填包裝機是屬於內包裝機械中應用最廣泛的機 種，例如糖果、花生、洋芋片、瓜子. . . .等產品，皆是以此類機器來達成軟袋包裝的目的。而「製袋成型器」正是此類機器的關鍵零組件，因為製袋成型的效果，關係到整個包裝工程的順暢與否，同時會直接影響包裝的外觀及品質。所以， 製袋成型器的設計對立式製袋充填包裝機的功能，有直接且重要的影響。 本文首先探討製袋成型器領口曲線的幾何關係，再由製袋成型器的成品進行三次元量測，以此量測資料驗證領口曲線的正確性。並建立製袋成型器的三維曲面體模型，依此而撰寫製袋成型器的輔助設計軟體程式，以因應不同規格的製袋成型器設計。最後配合包裝業界的實際需求，設計新規格的製袋成型器，並加工製作、分析及測試驗證，完成一套製袋成型器的設計方法。本文所提出的製袋成型器設計方法，不但可以節省設計時程，還可以降低製造成本及提高品質，並期望由此建立國內包裝工業的成型導引組件設計技術，同時能降低對國外相同產品之依賴， 進而爭取更多的商機。

The vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine is one of the most popular machines for the consumer packaging products. Products, such as candies, peanuts, potato chips, and etc., use this kind of machine for packing flexible bags. The key component in the machine is a“bag former”. The effect of the bag former has direct influence on the packaging quality and the smooth process. First, this study uses the geometrical relation to establish the collar curve of the bag former. Then, the data from the collar curve are compared with those data from measuring the 3-D coordinates of a commercial bag former. These data can be used to build up the 3-D surface model. Second, it can develop the computer aided design software to design and modify the different specification for the bag former. Finally, with the requirements of the industry, the process integrated with the design, the manufacturing, and the testing steps is demonstrated and implemented. The design methodology used in this study can save the time of the design process, reduce the cost of manufacturing, and also increase the quality of the product. It is looking forward to build up the forming and guiding assembly design technology of the packaging machines in Taiwan. In the future, it can also decrease the needs from the foreign products and get more business opportunities in the packaging machines.
