應用層級分析法決定寬頻晶片系統外包商之遴選準則-以Z公司為例

Abstract

本研究目的為建立評選寬頻晶片平台開發外包商的關鍵遴選準則，並以知名的網通公司Z公司為主要研究對象，藉由文獻探討篩選出評選供應商時的相關構面及準則，佐以專家訪談方式確認前測問卷內容。根據前測問卷信度結果將所有構面及準則予以保留，將正式問卷結果應用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)評選出各構面及準則之比重。

研究結果在寬頻產業供應商評選部分最重要為採購、其次為品質、生產、設計與商業關係；在採購中最為重要的因素為價格，次之為生產交期、生產保固，顯示在技術成熟的產品上，價格仍作為評選供應商時的主要考量， 而在快速競爭的環境下產品的達交性亦深深影響。希望將此研究結果提供給公司作為日後評選供應商之參考。

The purpose of this study is to set up selection suggestion of broadband chipset platform outsourcing supplier in Networks & Communication Company. Applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to do pairwise comparison analysis for expert questionnaire collected from Z company and established the selection structure through literature review and expert advice.

In summary, procurement is the most important dimension and quality is the second. Production, design and business relationship are followed by quality. Price is still ranked at the first consideration in mature technology products. In real case, price is definitely one of most important factors when selecting outsource vendor. This study provides a reference of selection outsourcing suppliers.
