摘要: 在校園中提供宿舍網路的服務已不是一個趨勢,而是一個必需品。在校園中提供宿舍網路的服務,除了一般網路的使用以外,使用者常因特殊需求或不當的使用網路,導致正常的網路服務連線過慢或無法使用,甚至影響整個校園網路,影響其他使用者的權益。校園的宿舍網路管理問題牽涉的層面包括校方的經營策略與校園的管理方式,而各層面與學校組織、技術、人員與服務流程等方面都有關係。目前在中、外文獻中鮮少針對校園宿舍網路的管理加以著墨,本研究以台灣某大學的宿舍網路為例,實際運用Kao & Chang (2015)所提出的三維資訊服務設計方法,以結構性引導的方式,將定義問題、服務設計、評估可行方案與實際推行等階段串連起來,針對該校之校園宿舍網路中困擾使用者的問題進行改善,以提供一套能夠兼顧使用者的服務需求、管理人員的管理需求及校園網路安全性的宿舍網路服務方式。藉此改善宿舍網路連線方式,增加服務品質與網路安全性。
Providing Internet service in the student dormitory is no longer a trend, it’s a necessity now. Besides the regular use of the Internet, users in the student dormitory often have some special requirements or use the Internet improperly. It will affect the speed of the Internet or even causing the Internet service unavailable. The strategies and management approaches of school authorities-the organization, the technology, the staff and the service flow are in the realm of the management of student dormitory network. Few references worldwide emphasize on the management of the student dormitory network. The study researches the student dormitory network service of one university in Taiwan, utilizing 3D IT Service Design Method proposed by Kao & Chang (2015). By structural guidelines, it is able to link the phases of service design-defining problems, designing services, evaluating feasible alternatives and implementing. Improving the problems that troubles the users in the student dormitory network, to provide a student dormitory network service that can meet the requirement of users, the needs of the managers and can keep the safety of student dormitory network. By this study, we improve the connection method of student dormitory network, and enhance the quality of service and the safety of campus Internet.
