網路銀行商業模式於台灣和印尼間的比較研究

Abstract

本文探討比較了臺灣和印尼網上銀行業務模式。利用Osterwalder和Pigneur的商業模式結構研究網上銀行的業務模式。關於網上銀行的4種案例可被分為兩大類，以臺灣和印尼的網上銀行商業實踐特點為代表。比較了兩個國家網上銀行的特徵功能，比較了每個類別的網上銀行的商業模式，以產生共同要素和關鍵區別參數。接下來是有關的潛在因素的命題，以促使印尼和臺灣的網上銀行的相互瞭解。最後引入“有效網上銀行”的概念，並探討了網上銀行在當前和未來實踐發展的阻礙和問題

This paper is aim to explore comparison of internet banking business models in Taiwan and Indonesia. The business model structure of (Osterwalder & Pigneur, 2010) was implemented to study the business model of internet banking. Four cases regarding internet banking would be classified into two categories, Taiwan and Indonesia to represent the characteristics of internet banking business practices. We conducted a feature function comparison for each country, then compare the business models of the internet banking within each category in order to generate the common elements and key differentiation parameters. The next outcome is the proposition about underlying factors so that internet banking of Indonesia and Taiwan can understand more each other. Finally conclusion is delivered to introduce the concept of effective internet banking and find issues that impede internet banking to develop in the current and forthcoming practices.
