摘要: 本論文一開始介紹,交叉耦合器架構是由兩個相同的耦合器的聯級和第二耦合器被連接倒掛,以便執行交叉操作。在雙頻帶方案的任一頻率時,呈現交叉的輸出相位被可任意設計的耦合器的輸出的相位差決定。為了支持我們的想法,二分頻器具有為60°/60°的輸出相位的實現在2.4/ 5.2 GHz和80°/100°在2.4 /5.8GHz的,分別開發,製造,且其特徵在於實驗。測量和模擬結果之間獲得了良好的一致性。所提出的格式可應用於交叉平面具有任意相位補償在單個單元中同時實現的尺寸和損耗減少。 第二部分則介紹高度可調式正交耦合器。利用三種不同的可變電容,以及簡單的結構,同時達到在任意功率分配比下可調式頻率,以及任意頻率下可調式功率分配比的功能。不僅如此,為了證明理論分析,兩種電路模型被實作以及量測。為了證明理論,電路Type-I 被實作以及量測出,證明了正交耦合器可以達到高度的可調式功能。為了證明,電路結構中的特殊解以及可以藉由簡化電路來達到更寬的功率分配比的可調範圍,電路Type-II 被實作以及量測。整個電路不僅設計容易,實作上的成本還非常小,並且高度可調同時具有相當多的功能。
In this thesis, This crossover architecture was composed of a cascade of two identical couplers and the second coupler was connected upside down in order to perform crossover operation. At either frequency of the dual-band scheme, the output phase of the presented crossover is decided by the coupler’s output phase difference that can be arbitrarily designed. To support our idea, two crossovers having the output phase realizations of 60o/60o at 2.4/5.2 GHz and 80o/100o at 2.4/5.8 GHz, respectively, were developed, fabricated, and characterized experimentally. A quadrature coupler design with tuning operating frequency with any power ratio and reconfigurable response of tuning power ratio at any operation frequency by using the printed technique. Wide frequency tuning ratio and power ratio are accomplished by using three sets of varactor diodes as the tuning elements. For verification , two circuits are fabricated for the different purpose. Type-I is implemented for both function of tuning operating frequency and reconfigurable responses of the power dividing ratio tuning .The type- II is designed for the larger power dividing ratio tuning range can be achieved by following the design method on type-I .
