摘要: 近年来,随着数位资讯科技的进步及网际网路的普及,逐渐改变了人类在知 识处理及沟通的方式,更进而转变了人类在生活型态、社会组织、及知识使用上 的形式。我国自 1998 年起,执行了长达十余年的“数位典藏与数位学习国家型 科技计画”计画,收集了大量的文物并以数位化的方式加以保存。
本研究针对原住民类型的数位典藏网站,近行使用性测试分析,以 Nielsen 的评估指标:易学性(Learnability)、效率性(Efficiency)、有效性(Effectiveness)、 满意程度(Satisfaction)进行评估。并使用了脉络式探索(Contextual Inquiry) 中的人物志(Persona)、任务分析(Task Analysis)等方式进行网站评估。随后, 发现之使用性问题,在以 Nielsen 归纳了 10 点启发式评估法准则(Heuristic evaluation principles)加以分析归纳。
研究发现,网站使用者主要为三类使用者,不同的使用者在网站使用上所重 视的使用性指标也不尽相同。不同之网站使用者,在网站使用上所面对的使用性 问题也不尽相同。本研究将发现的使用性问题与 Nielsen 的 10 点启发式评估法 准则(Heuristic evaluation principles)加以归纳,最后提出网站设计上的建议 原则。
In recent years, with the advancement in information technology and the spread of the Internet, humans’ process of information and communication have been gradually changed, which furthermore transforms humans’ life patterns, social organization, and the form of the application of knowledge. Taiwan e-learning and digital archival programs have been executed for over 10 years since 1998, which collected a great deal of cultural relics preserved in digitalization.
This study aim to conduct the analysis on the usability test particularly of the e-learning and digital archival programs related indigenous peoples with the assessment indicators proposed by Nielsen, which are Learnability, Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Satisfaction. Furthermore, Contextual Inquiry approaches such as Persona, Task Analysis, etc. were integrated to investigate the target aboriginal websites. Finally, the 10 Heuristic evaluation principles of Nielsen were incorporatively applied in the analysis and induction.
According to the results of the present study, the main website users were divided into three types. The usability task performances among different users were various, so as the usability problems. This study revealed usability problems of the target aboriginal websites and proposed possible suggestions for the website interaction design.
