dc.description.abstract社會創新(social innovation)是社群中所有成員以協同合作的方式解決現今各種複雜的社會問題。社會創新首先要了解與診斷社會問題,引起社群對問題的關切、了解當前需要解決的問題並診斷出該問題未滿足的需求。因此本研究納入設計思考(design thinking)的概念,強調踏入情境與理解脈絡的重要,對議題產生同理心理解,以多元認知的客觀角度來理解議題、同理角色們的處境,並展現支持或參與的行為。為了引起社群對議題的關注與同理心理解,本研究透過遊戲化(gamification),將生動的故事、遊戲化元素與機制加入非遊戲情境的議題中,探索顯著影響同理心理解之遊戲化設計特徵。 本研究招募100名參與者進行遊戲化系統的研究,結果發現遊戲化工具能提升參與者對該議題的同理心理解,並且多元觀點的資訊來源、與參與者密切相關的故事、令人好奇與目標的要素與績效回饋機制是顯著的設計特徵。而以偏最小平方法建立一個設計特徵、中介與同理心理解的三層模型,發現設計特徵中的故事描述對同理心理解的各層面皆有影響,指出遊戲劇本與故事情境的重要,也較能引起參與者的興趣;參與者也會產生系統可信度、社會支持、可玩性、娛樂性與心流體驗的中介感受,顯示遊戲化系統是令人信任、具有社交性且好玩的平台;而參與者的同理心理解之情感層面會顯著影響認知與參與意圖層面,此結果與設計思考的概念類同,當參與者對議題相關的人事物產生情感同理,才能對其做出多元客觀的判斷並參與此議題。 最後,本研究針對前述顯著的設計特徵提出建議的應用,包含透過多元觀點的資訊來源,讓參與者從不同的角度看待同一個議題的因果關係;提供來自專家或學者的資訊與建議,增加系統的可信度;闡述與參與者密切相關的故事,提高信任與參與的動機;加入令人好奇與目標的要素,引起他們對遊戲化系統或議題本身的興趣;具有績效回饋的機制,參與者們能理解遊戲化系統中的決策與影響性。這些應用可以幫助未來社會創新遊戲化平台設計師參考並發展線上平台。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSocial innovation is a collaborative process to create value to solve complex social problems. In the first stage of social innovation, “understand and diagnosis social issues”, empathy is the starting point to understand current social problems and diagnosis unsatisfying needs in social problem. However, empathy can be manipulated by biased depiction or one-side viewpoint easily. Our study propose a framework of empathetic understanding including cognitive multiple perspectives and emotional empathy in observing and understanding social issues objectively. Besides, we used gamification tools to enhance participant’s attraction and empathetic understanding on social issues. Results of paired sample student’s t-test showed that gamification tool is powerful to improve empathetic understanding; furthermore, by useing multiple regression we find some design features can effect empathetic understanding significantly. These design features include multiple perspectives of information, trustworthiness, relevance, curiosity, goal and performance feedback. Through partial least squares, we develop a relational model showed design features can generate mediation of reliability, social support, playability, playfulness and flow. The model also indicated that emotion is the most important dimension in empathetic understanding. Finally, these design features we propose can be referred to gamification designers to construct a social innovation platform in the future.en_US
