dc.description.abstractA film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) is designed and fabricated in this paper. Using this resonator, a 2.5GHz voltage-controlled FBAR oscillator is design and taped out with issue 0.18um CMOS process. The simulated phase noise is 110dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset. The oscillator provides 9.1dBm of output power and consumes 37mA from +1.8V DC power supply.en_US
