摘要: | A novel purely sidewall InGaN/GaN core-shell nanorod green light-emitting diode (LED) has been demonstrated by 3D dielectric passivation and selective epitaxial growth technologies. The LED device exhibits unprecedented stable emission wavelength and low efficiency droop. |
