摘要: 近年物聯網興起推動了數位變遷,對半導體業界來說,物聯網將會是下一個重要的市場。車聯網被視為物聯網中可能優先應用的項目;汽車產業因各國節能減碳、道路安全等之ICT應用解決方案推動政策明確,而智慧車網將走向 ADAS(先進駕駛輔助)的發展方向。隨著汽車變得更智慧以及對於連網的更多要求,先進駕駛輔助系統(ADAS)系統與智慧型車輛通訊網路均需仰賴大量資訊交換運作。除了感測器,凡訊號處理元件和影像辨識引擎等應用,均會使用大量記憶體。 台灣記憶體廠商近年來陸續淡出標準型記憶體市場,進而轉入利基型記憶體市場,並取得不錯的成績,車聯網可以預見將成為未來利基型記憶體市場一大產值來源,市場產值漸增之際,台廠有機會在此市場取得發展的先機。 本研究在探討: 1.車用記憶體市場特性 2.車聯網市場現況發展及未來演進情形 3.台灣在投入車用記憶體發展的方向 4.討論台灣產業及政府發展車聯網市場經營環境搭配的配套措施 分析未來車用記憶體市場,需求除了為多樣化,高客制化,高可用度,以及低功耗,高效能最為重要。其中低功耗,高效能在不久的將來會成為車用電子記憶體主要需求,未來勢必要求使用先進製程,台廠為著眼未來市場發展,仍需投注研發先進製程及利用完整的產業鏈結以面對未來強力競爭者嚴峻的市場挑戰。
The rise of IOT(Internet of Things) inflect the semiconductor industry, the IOV(Internet of viechle) will be the next important market in the semiconductor industry.IOV is considered as possible priority project of IOT applications. Automotive industry because of reducing carbon emissions,road safety, and etc. factors ,the policies of ICT application solutions are clear.And technology development of intelligent vehicles also towards ADAS (advanced driver assistance) sytem.As cars become smarter and more requirements for network-connecting, ADAS systems and intelligent vehicle communications network are required to rely on a large number of information exchange operations. In addition to sensors, where signal processing and image recognition engine components and other applications will use a lot of memory.Taiwanese memory manufacturers in recent years gradually fade standard memory market, and then turn to niche memory market, and all achieved good results, the IOV will be the foreseeable large source of niche memory market, the Taiwanese memory manufacturers have a chance to get a head start in the market. This study investigates: Automotive Memory market characteristics ,2. The IOV market development status and future evolution of the situation,3. Investment Automotive Memory in the direction of Taiwan Memory Development,4. Discuss Taiwan's industrial development and government support measures IOVenvironment with market operators. Analysis the future of automotive memory market demands are : diversification, highly customized, high availability, and low power consumption, high performance is most important. The low-power, high-performance in the near future will be the main automotive memory demand. Taiwanese memory manufacturers need to focus on the development of advanced process and to take advantage of a complete industrial chain to face strong competitors in the future.
