摘要: 随着网路技术的突飞猛进,万物连网将成为未来世界的主要结构之一。新开发的产品会嵌入感测和通讯的功能来搜集资料,所有的资讯都将在网路上不断地快速流通,应用服务也会藉此不停地创新。在新科技时代,大量的个人资讯可能被揭露甚至盗用,进而产生损失。所以,消费者在接受新科技产品或服务时,将会额外考量隐私可能外泄的问题。
本研究参考整合性科技接受模型的构念,包括:预期绩效、预期付出、社群影响和促进条件,再纳入隐私顾虑为调节因子,建立一个衍生性科技接受模型,并以智慧家庭服务的使用意愿为例,进行实证探讨。研究结果发现预期绩效、社群影响和促进条件会正向影响使用意愿。而隐私顾虑则分别对预期绩效、社群影响与使用意愿之间产生正向的调节效果,但对预期付出与使用意愿之间却是负向调节。最后,本研究提出结合网路和社群的影响力能提升用户对新科技的接受度,供管理实务参考。
With the rapid development of network technology, the interconnection of all things, i.e. Internet of Things will be one of main structures in the future world. Newly developed product is embedded sensing and communication functions to collect data. All information will be fast exchanged in the network. Service innovation will also take this constant. In the era of new technology, a lot of personal information may be disclosed and even theft, resulting in losses. Hence when customers accept new technology products and services, additional consideration should be privacy concerns.
This study is based on constructs of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions. Then it adds the consideration of privacy concern as a moderator to create an extended technology acceptance model, and adopts the intention of using smart home services for the empirical test. The findings are that performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions all have positive influences on the intention of using smart home services. Privacy concerns positively moderate the relationship between the usage intention and 1) performance expectancy and 2) social influence. However, privacy concerns negatively moderate the relationship between the usage intention and effort expectancy. For management practices, this study proposes to take advantage of effects of network and community to promote the new technology.
