dc.description.abstract觸控面板產業的技術不斷的更新進步,需求在近年來亦不斷的提升,為提高競爭優勢,降低生產的成本及品質的提升已成為影響的關鍵,讓光學膠廠商能在這波潮流中能創造佳績(商機)、賺取利潤,從激烈的競爭中脫穎而出。 本研究即以龍潭科學園區某個案公司為例,透過實驗設計法(Design of Experiments;DOE)找出影響光學膠Optically Clear Adhesive, OCA)製程品質之關鍵因子,並利用反應曲面法(Response Surface Methodology;RSM)之中央混成設計(Central Composite Design;CCD),找到最佳參數水準組合並據此調整製程之參數水準,以降低產品不良率,達到提升品質與產能之目的,本研究最後以個案公司之實例,來說明本研究所找出之參數水準組合確實可有效改善該公司光學膠製程之品質。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThere is an increasing demand for the touch panel, and the technology of touch panel production has kept innovating. Cost reduction and quality enhancement are two significant factors to rise in sales and profits. To survive in an intensely competitive market, the optically clear adhesive manufacturer must focus at quality enhancement. This paper indicates using DOE (Design of Experiments) and CCD (Central Composite Design) of RSM (Response Surface Methodology) is able to enhance the quality and productivity. For example, the following paper demonstrates a successful case of quality enhancement conducts by our researcher at an optically clear adhesive manufacturer at Longtan industrial park.en_US
