摘要: 本論文演示了兩種微波元件的改進方式,其中第一種是由三段傳輸線和隔離電阻組成的功率分配器,並將每段傳輸線以複合式左右手傳輸線的理論實現雙頻的特性,第二種是利用兩種不同的雙模共振器,分別各以兩階濾波器的形式組成一個可調式四頻雙工器。 第二章為雙頻任意功率分配比和同相或反相之功率分配器介紹,利用奇偶模分析,推論此種架構能夠達成任意功率分配比和輸出埠相位差具有同相或是反相的效果,然而為了達到雙頻的效果,引入複合式左右手傳輸線的特性,使可以達成雙頻的效果,我們用兩個實例來驗證。第一個功率分配器,我們讓其功率分配比和輸出埠相位差分別6 dB/3 dB和同相/反相在兩個操作頻(0.9 GHz/1.8 GHz); 第二個功率分配器,我們讓其功率分配比和輸出埠相位差分別以3 dB/3 dB和反相/同相在兩個操作頻(0.9 GHz/1.8 GHz)。 第三章為可調式四頻雙工器介紹,我們利用耦合式饋入使其不需額外加入匹配電路,然而為了達成所需的外部品質,我們在饋入線加入固定電容。雙工器中的雙模共振器是由環型共振器和殘枝所組成,其中可變電容分別放置於環型和殘枝上,使其能達到獨立控制的效果。
In this thesis, two types of improvement on microwave components are presented. First, we presented a power divider which is composed of three transmission lines and one isolation resistor. In order to achieve dual band, we use Composite Right/Left Handed transmission line to design every transmission line. The other one, we presented a tunable quad-channel diplexer which is made up of two second order filters. Two second order filters consist of different type dual-mode resonator respectively. In the second chapter, we introduce a dual-band arbitary power-dividing and in-phase/out-of-phase power divider. Using even/odd mode analysis, we can derive this power divider have some characteristics, including arbitrary power dividing and its phase difference can be in phase or out of phase. And, we use composite right/left handed transmission line to achieve dual band. For verification, two power divider prototypes were developed for power divisions of 6/3 dB and 3/3 dB and phase difference of in-phase/out-of-phase and out-of-phase/in-phase at 0.9/1.8 GHz. In the third chapter, a tunable quad-channel diplexer is presented. In the input and output ports, we use distributed coupling so as not to add matching network. Furthermore, add capacitor in the feed line to achieve required external quality factor. About resonator aspect, we use two types of dual-mode resonator which are consisted of ring resonator and stub. And, we put a varactor on the ring resonator and stub, respectively. So, we can control each frequency independently.
