摘要: | 论文主要分为三部分,第一部分为尝试将软性基板制程碟形,并研究如何与矽基板组装,第二部分则以尝试先以Kapton软性基板弯曲的特性,制成太赫兹频段的微带天线阵列,并使其产生碟形,并探讨碟行微带天线与平面天线在特定点的接收功率做比较,第三部分为探讨制程上所造成的量测问题,并针对制程上的问题用HFSS模拟软体模拟并与量测数据做比较,最后推论并提出修补方法并针对原本设计结构作探讨。 In the first part, we try to fabricate the flexible substrate and study how to assemble with the silicon substrate. In the second part, we try to make the patch antenna array at terahertz band on a Kapton flexible substrate . We produce disc-like antenna, and discuss the receiving power at a specific point between flat antenna and disc-like antenna. In the third part, we discuss the problem caused by fabrication of disc-like antenna, and simulate by HFSS software for process problems to compare with the experimental result, and finally deduce and propose repair methods and discuss the problem of the original design structure. |
