藥品服務業營運模式分析之個案研究－以醫通藥聯為例

Abstract

台灣藥品服務自醫藥分業起已有將近二十年，各式藥局百家爭鳴，本研究透過個案研究的方式分析藥品服務業之營運模式，以醫通藥聯為例，從社區連鎖藥局起家，擁有全台最大的醫療資料系統，在線上整合藥品、轉診，線下整合藥商及藥局，並與保險公司建立B2B的合作關係；探討在現行並不完美的健保制度下，藥品服務業得以成長茁壯之原因，及未來發展之方向。
