摘要: 近年來由于经济蓬勃发展,科技发展快速,导致大量人口涌入都市地区,大楼建筑物逐渐朝向高层化、现代化及复合化的模式发展。
当国人经济状况改善,大家也越来越注重休闲品质,连带着带动国内观光旅游业及住宿业发展。万一发生火灾或其它紧急事故,身处高层国际商务旅馆内的住宿人员该如何安全有效的进行避难逃生,一直是高楼建筑设计上重要的考量。
避难弱者由于本身肢体上的缺陷,其避难行动能力相较于一般人来的弱。一般而言,大概可略分为以下三类,分述如下:一、自行避难困难者,身体活动机能缺陷或视觉障碍须借助旁人协助移动者。二、可水平移动,但无法上下楼垂直移动者,需以拐杖等器具辅助行动。三、避难行动缓慢,高龄者,年老体衰,体力较弱,或因部分器官(视、听觉)退化,对警报灯光、声响察觉较弱,因而增加避难时间。
本研究是以台北市南港区某高层国际商务旅馆为研究对象,针对住宿之避难弱者避难逃生性能规划作研究。探讨有关避难弱者于投宿旅馆时,建议旅宿业者应安排在安全梯的对面客房为优先考量,该客房位置可以降低避难弱者在避难时阻挡后方正常人员之避难逃生。若扣除安全梯对面之客房,并非愈接近安全梯的客房就较为安全,若该逃生动线方向之排烟室太小,避难弱者于逃生时会阻挡住后方人员的逃生,因此会建议楼层中间客房为避难弱者住宿客房之次要选择。另外,有关住宿客房高、中、低楼层安排部份,并非越低楼层就越安全,也并非越高楼层就越危险。避难弱者客房安排可位于建筑物高、中、低任何一层楼层,对于整栋人员避难疏散时间并无直接影响。

This study is based on a high-level international business hotel in Nangang District, Taipei City, as a research object, for the accommodation of the evacuation of the weak evacuation performance planning for research.
