社會企業之創業生態系統研究: 以台灣小鎮文創為例

Abstract

近年來許多創業家以解決社會問題為使命，投入社會企業的行列。本研究探討社會企業之創業生態系統，以台灣「小鎮文創」的社會企業作爲研究個案；透過深度訪談「小鎮文創」的關鍵人物，實地田野調查與以軟體NVivo作為編碼工具分析衍生創業生態系統。因此，本研究提出社會企業之創業生態系統由四個重要的角色與擁有四個特徵。主要目的為：一、探討社會企業與創業生態系統之間的關係；二、提供有志於社會創業家、政府機構等欲在鄉鎮復興發展參考。同時，本研究在理論上貢獻：社會企業與創業生態系統的關係。社會企業透過經營模式，利用在生態系統提供資源多樣性讓整體的營運更有效及節省資金。 關鍵詞：社會企業、創業生態系統、經營模式、小鎮文創

In recent years, many entrepreneurs to solve social problems for the mission put into the ranks of social enterprises. This study investigated the entrepreneurial ecosystem of social enterprise, with Taiwan's " Townway " as a case study in social enterprises. Through the deep interviews with the key figures of " Townway ", the field investigation and the software NVivo as the coding tool analysis derivative Entrepreneurial ecosystem. The main purpose is: first, to explore the relationship between social enterprises and entrepreneurial ecosystems; second, to provide interested in social entrepreneurs, government agencies and other want to revive the development of the reference in the township. Therefore, this study proposes a social enterprise of the entrepreneurial ecosystem consists of four important roles and has four characteristics. Meanwhile, this research contributes to theory: the relationship between social enterprise and entrepreneurial ecosystem. Social enterprises through the business model, the use of resources in the ecosystem to provide the overall operation of the more effective and save money.
