dc.description.abstract本論文提出一個寬頻生物阻抗頻譜分析系統積體電路,因應用於可攜式裝置的概念,其電源為常見之3伏特電池。此系統晶片可操作的頻率範圍從1k赫茲到10M赫茲,而基於安全的考量,通過人體的電流大小限制在50uA,且晶片內部包含1k赫茲到10M赫茲的訊號產生器、可調式增益放大器、相位偵測電路和方均根偵測電路。此積體電路採用UMC CMOS 0.18um的製程所實現,晶片面積為1.843 x 1.258 mm2,其規格能達到相位量測誤差1.8度,振幅量測誤差為1.58%。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe thesis proposes an SoC-based wide-band bioimpedance spectroscopy integrated circuit. It is applicable for a portable device with a 3-V battery power supply. The operating frequency range is from 1kHz to 10MHz. For safety reason, the current through the human body is limited to 50 uA. The system is composed of a 1k-10MHz signal generator, a programmable gain amplifier, a phase detector, and a RMS detector. This circuit is realized by UMC CMOS 0.18um process with an area of 1.843 x 1.258 mm2. It achieves a phase error of 1.58 degree and amplitude error of 1.58%.en_US
