摘要: 本研究對象針對市區公車駕駛員,並探討其工作壓力與留任意願之關聯性,首先蒐集與探討國内、外有關工作壓力與留任意願之期刊、論文,接著根據相關文獻整理,並依本研究之架構設計一套問卷調查表,透過問卷調查及回收,再以SPSS 22.0軟體進行資料分析,結果發現工作壓力與留任意願呈現負相關,工作壓力愈大之駕駛員,留任意願越低,並歸納出影響駕駛員留任意願之工作壓力構面,其顯著性由高到低的順序為:來自工作本身壓力、生涯規劃與成就的壓力、公司制度與管理的壓力、家庭的壓力及來自人際關係的壓力,最後根據研究結果,提出具體改善策略,供交通主管機關及客運業者,經營管理與後續研究之參考。
The object of this research is the city bus drivers and it also explores the relationship between urban bus drivers'work stress and the intention to stay. First of all, we collect and discuss domestic and foreign journal and thesis of the relationship between city bus drivers'work stress and the intention to stay. We then design a questionnaire based on the structure of this research according to the relevant literature. Through the questionnaires and its feedbacks, we use software SPSS 22.0 further to analyze the data.The result shows that the relationship between city bus drivers' work stress and the intention to stay is negatively correlated with. The greater the city bus drivers' work stress is, the lower the willingness to keep the job position is. We also conclude few factors that affect intention to stay based on the work stress. The order of the effect from high to low is as following: - Work stress from the job itself - Stress from achievement and career/life planning - Stress from the system and management of the company - Stress from family and interpersonal relationship As a result, we introduce specific strategies for effective improvement to help transport authorities and bus companies with their future management and further research.
