摘要: 中文摘要 西元2015年4月10日下午4時59分於台中市北屯區北屯路捷運工地,發生施工中捷運工程鋼箱梁掉落,砸毀小客車,造成多人受傷,而在這一場事故的巨變中,似乎再度又讓人聯想到在兼顧城市發展的同時,更應該探討工程技術與管理對環境及安全的重要性。 近年來,橋梁工程施工方面的相關論文不少,大多探討其應用與比較分析管理之部分較多,少部分探討施工法技術及管理技術運用上,對於改良或創新施工法上甚少,故本研究問題以現有橋梁施工法及管理技術分析比較、探討分析適用於都會區橋梁施工法及施工限制,進而改良或創新施工法效益評估。 本研究所提出之創新工法,是由「支撐先進工法」創新改良而得,其發想為減少高處組裝作業,增加於地面組裝作業來提高施工安全性,其施工設備機械化,具週期性自動化,施工作業便捷,僅須固定工作人員,作業熟練度高,工程品質及工期易於掌控,創新工法省略了一些習知工法步驟,並節省了施工設備安裝時間達3倍以上,上部結構施工天數介於12~15日內即可完成,其中移動式吊車使用頻率亦降低。 關鍵詞:捷運、鋼箱梁、工程技術與管理、環境與安全、支撐先進工法
Investigation on the safety of elevated bridge construction in metropolitan areas and research on new innovative methods Student:Hsiu-Yuan Chen Advisor:Dr. Hsin-yu Shan Degree program of Engineering Technology and Management College of Engineering National Chiao Tung University ABSTRACT At 4:59 in the afternoon on April 10th 2015, an accident occurred in a construction site on Beitun Rd in Beitun District, Taichung City, where a steel girder fell during a MRT construction and damaged some small vans causing many injuries. The message from this disaster reminds us that while undergoing city development, the importance of public safety and the environmental impacts of engineering technology and management need to be considered as well. In recent years, there have been a number of papers written on the topic of bridge construction, mostly focusing on applications and comparative analysis management. There have been few discussions about improving or innovating new construction methods used in construction and management technologies. Hence this paper will look at the current bridge construction and management technologies and perform comparative analysis to find out the methods and restrictions appropriate in metropolitan bridge construction to further facilitate improved on or innovated new effectiveness evaluation methods. The innovative method proposed in this study is derived from to the advanced shoring method that reduces assembly tasks at high elevations while increasing the amount of assembly tasks performed on the ground to improve on safety. The method involves mechanization of construction equipment in periodic automation that makes construction tasks easier and quicker to accomplish. Only fixed number of stationed workers is needed in the skilled operation. Control of engineering quality and project time frame is easy to manage. The new construction method omits a few conventional construction procedures, and can cut the construction equipment installation times by up to three folds. The construction of the upper section can be completed within 12 to 15 days, while the frequency of mobile crane usage is reduced.
