一個企業個人電腦資料備援的規劃程序-以O公司為案例

Abstract

企業員工常把重要資料存放在個人電腦，員工個人電腦若發生損毀或遺失將導致許多資料遺失無法回復，企業損失將難以評估，本研究基於案例研究方式，參考國際規範 ISO 22301：2012的標準，設計一個企業個人電腦備援的規劃流程，指在提供各類型組織在營運持續管理的程序中，建立與改善企業員工個人電腦備援，進而提供符合企業個人電腦備援評估準則，並以O公司為案例，觀察以此程序後，企業個人電腦備份及還原之使用狀況。研究成果顯示O公司在導入個人電腦資料備援流程後，對於企業達到緊急災難應變與營運持續目標皆有正面的效益。

Employees often store important information on the Personal computer, recently occurred, resulting in many hardware lost or data damaged can not be restored. This study designs a procedure for enterprise personal computer backup and restore management planning according to international ISO 22301:2012 Societal security – Business continuity management systems for providing all types of organizations in the business continuity management program, establishment and improvement of PC backup and restore procedure , thereby providing in line with the assessment criteria for enterprises. This study is a case study with company O, to observe this process how to adopt the procedure to implement the enterprise personal computer disaster Recovery management solution. The research results show that the positivity of benefit on information delivery and application usage can be revealed after O company conducts the procedure for the enterprise personal computer disaster recovery plan. This procedure also makes a reference for enterprise personal computer disaster recovery plan.
