摘要: | 穩定維持全球第二並積極與各國競爭為台灣IC設計產業的主要課題。企業個體必須找出自身的競爭優勢,快速反應市場變化,以提升核心競爭力作為企業經營模式之目標。宏觀整體企業資訊並提前預防潛在問題為其中一重要的發展方向。
詳細並快速的資訊整理為此研究的切入要點。以IC設計產業之個案公司為例,本研究以「漏斗模式」的應用概念,完整地記錄市場開發、接案、設計、應用、銷售等專案生命週期,規劃可供分析的資訊收集方法。同時結合跨公司業務流程與企業資源規劃系統(ERP),運用IT技術建講一資訊系統。此系統可助於協助管理者能快速找出專案潛在問題,藉此避免不必要的虧損,並提升專案管理效益與洞察商機。 The major subject for the IC design industry in Taiwan is how to keep the second leadership position of the globe and also steadily dominant to the competition against the companies of the other countries. Undoubtedly, for the goal of business management, the competitive enterprises must not only stand on their own advantages, but also instantly react to the rapid changes of the market. One significant topic in the development of a company is to supervise the whole information as well as point out the potential problems that should be avoided in advance. This study aims to develop an efficient system for easily organizing the data of a company. Based on a case study of a company in IC design industry, this research built up a method for collecting the information for analysis. A “Funnel-shaped” concept was applied to record the life cycle of the project management from market exploration, case requesting, design development, and the promotions. Moreover, a novel-developed system was constructed by the IT technology cooperating with cross-company business processes and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP). This novel system allowed administrators to easily shoot off the potential troubles, which avoids unexpected financial loss. The efficiency of project management would be then expected to be improved and the business opportunities could be detected beforehand as well. |
