過往所遵循的靜態競爭策略與追求可持續性競爭優勢的觀念,因無法有效因應不斷變化的外在環境與產業型態,而顯得越來越不適用。為了解決這個問題,開始有學者提出動態能力觀點,其主張策略的制定須建構在動態能力上,且認為競爭優勢都是短暫而無法持續的,所以應改以善加利用每一次的暫時性競爭優勢。
然而,相對於模糊不清的「暫時性」一詞;最低限致勝賽局(Minimum Winning Game, MWG) 的延伸概念則提供了企業一個較為明確的追尋目標。因此,本研究基於動態能力的競爭策略觀點,與最低限致勝賽局的競爭優勢觀念,並結合哈佛商學院的個案研究,進而發展出五大研究命題,以及一具有即時回饋機制的競爭策略模型。其中競爭策略模型,是由內部能力、外在形勢、回饋機制、感知能力、決策能力與時間因素等六大因子所組成;另內部能力尚涵蓋了資源、流程與價值三項要素,而外在形勢則涵蓋了外在環境與資源取捨兩項要素。
本研究期望所提出的五大研究命題與競爭策略模型,能協助企業在超競爭環境中制定經營策略,並藉以取得每一次的最低限致勝賽局。 Abstract The static competitive strategy and sustainable competitive advantage is gradually becoming not suitable since it doesn’t consider the change of external condition and industrial structure. In the hyper-competition environment, the better way is to adopt the perspective of dynamic capability and minimum winning game (MWG) to make the business development strategy. This study combines the theoretical perspective (dynamic capability and minimum winning game) with Harvard Business School Cases to develop the research propositions and the model of competitive strategy. This model has the prompt feedback mechanism, it consists of six parts: internal capabilities, external conditions, feedback mechanism, sense capability, decision capability and time. Moreover, internal capabilities include three factors: resource, process and value while external conditions include two factors: external environment and out-resources. |
