dc.description.abstract本研究目的主要在探討薪傳兒童舞蹈團經營管理方式,並藉由SWOT分析其優缺點,最後對舞蹈團提出建議。本研究採個案研究法,以訪談方式進行。綜合個案分析結果:一、經營管理是舞蹈社為謀生工具,而舞蹈團為理想的實現,以兒童為主的舞蹈團,原創精神經營舞團形象與自我品牌。二、經營者凝聚內部共識(忠誠度與信賴),建立高度戰鬥力的工作團隊,透過教師群及團員之滿意度,為外部顧客(觀眾及舞蹈社學生)創造教學與表演平台,並維繫舞團運作。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this research was to investigate about the management of Shin-Chwan Kids'Dance Company. This study also offered the suggestions to the company by using SWOT analysis. The research used a case study and completed the interview to get the outcomes. The results of this study are as following: 1. Management is a living tool for a dance company; however the club is the way how the ideal comes true. Children-oriented Dance Company uses the original spirit to manage its image and brand. 2. An operator holds the internal consensus (loyalty and trust) to manage a high-efficiency work team. The satisfaction of teachers and members is the key to create good teaching and performances for external customers (viewers and Dance Academy students).en_US
