摘要: 本文研究的目的是探討餵球在羽球運動訓練上的應用,從紀世清(2002)結論指出羽球運動技術內容分類及因素要項可分為基本運動技術、應用運動技術、比賽運動技術。這些技術可從餵球訓練上分成初級、中級、高級及模擬比賽等方式餵球訓練。本文經過本人實際訓練、歸納與探討分析後,獲致以下結果:一、餵球訓練時必須考慮選手的水準(如初級、中級、高級)。二、餵球訓練時必須注意餵球時間、方向、距離、角度及餵球者位置。三、餵球訓練可訓練單打選手及雙打選手基本動作及球路變化。四、根據餵球的意義、功能(程度)及方式等,高水準選手餵球訓練大致可分前半場(攻擊及防守)、後半場(攻擊及防守)及全場餵球訓練。本研究的結論,餵球訓練是一種有效的訓練方法,但究竟與實際比賽的情形是有所差異,因此,實施餵球訓練後可搭配實際練習。
The purpose of this study was to examine how the feed training technique was applied in badminton training. As indicated in Shyh-Ching Chi's conclusion in 1999, the skills of badminton include Basic Sporting Skills, Applied Sporting Skills, and Practical Field Training. The training of the feed training technique is carried out in 3 levels (Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced), and was perfected through a ”Simulated Training Match” where players can gain some practical experience. Through extensive research and analysis on this subject and considerable, hands-on experience in Badminton Training, I have come to the following conclusion: When training for the feed training technique, 1) The player's level of play has to be taken into consideration. (For example, the trainer has to see whether the player belongs in the Elementary Level, the Intermediate Level, or the Advanced Level.) 2) Players should pay close attention to the timing, direction, distance, angle, and the position they are standing in. 3) According to the definitions, functions and methods of the feed training technique, the training of high caliber players can be roughly divided into 2 areas: Front court training (offensive and defensive) and Back court training (offensive and defensive).The feed training technique is a very effective training method, however, there is still some difference between the training sessions and the real game. Therefore, practical on-the-field training is strongly recommended. The results of this study can serve as reference to all badminton instructors.
