Abstract

"After completing my master’s program at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) in 2021, I embarked on a Ph.D. journey at National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), driven by my passion for semiconductor technology. As one of Taiwan’s premier academic institutions, NYCU is renowned for its cutting-edge research facilities and dynamic academic environment, which strongly influenced my decision to join. Here, I am eager to contribute to the field and deepen my expertise. My current research focuses on developing CVD-grown 2D materials for p-n junction diodes, with particular emphasis on h-BN (hexagonal boron nitride)."
