dc.description.abstractThe characteristics of the moire fringes produced by the superposition of various kinds of spiral gratings are derived. According to the shapes of the resultant moire fringes, the moire fringes can be used for checking the collimation of a light beam. The resolution of each condition is discussed.en_US
