dc.description.abstractThis paper is based on the concept of "Learning by Judging" to design a "Collaborative Homework Review Modal", then we use this modal to construct a "Collaborative Homework Review System" on World Wide Web. In this Modal, students turn in homework through network; get score and suggestions through peer review of students, and then the author of each homework edit their work according to the suggestions. After several rounds then the teacher can grade the homework according to the evaluations of the students. In this way, teachers are playing the role similar to editor in chief of journals. All students are playing the role of authors and reviewers. We hope that this would help students to develop skills for high level thinking and knowledge presentations.en_US
