dc.description.abstractA non-perturbative method is used to investigate the one-dimensional problem of the electron-atom scattering in the presence of intense field by solving the time-dependent Schrodinger equation in momentum space. The exact results of the transmission and reflection coefficients for the system are derived. Some errors in the previous heuristic results are found.en_US
