dc.description.abstract近年來,軟式隱形眼鏡之自動光學檢測已有初步之研究成果,但是於隱形眼鏡內部瑕疵之檢測演算法部分,則尚有改善空間。軟式隱形眼鏡有以下幾點特性:(1)圓形之透明物、(2)瑕疵可能發生在隱形眼鏡上的任何一處、(3)隱形眼鏡放置於裝有液體之容器(Vessel)中無固定位置、(4)透光性隨眼鏡度數之不同而有變化。 本研究希望針對隱形眼鏡的特性,針對其內部瑕疵發展自動檢測機台及相關演算法,以期開發一更有效、更快速、更穩定的AOI系統來進行內部瑕疵品質檢測,提高成品檢測的成效。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, there has been some achievement on automated optical inspection for soft contact lens. There still has more spaces to improve such as the inspecting algorithm and the part of inner-defects inspection. The soft contact lens has the following features:(1) It is circular and transparent、(2) The defect is position-invariant in the contact lens、(3) The contact lens is position-invariant in the vessel、(4) The light transmittance of contact lens varies with different degrees of contact lens. Focused on the above features, this research is to develop an auto-inspecting machine which can be used to inspect contact lens inner-defects robustly and effectively. Experimentation results revealed that the developed AOI system can achieve the research objective.en_US
