摘要: | 本研究從知識管理系統(KMS)於知識管理中扮演之角色與重要性為出發點,以K公司自行建置之知識管理系統為研究對象,探討實務上KMS之開發與建置如何與知識管理學理呼應與搭配,冀能對後續知識管理之學術與實務發展有所裨益。
本研究之結論為:1.知識管理系統之設計必須具備彈性,以支援企業不同發展階段之不同需求;2.本研究提出之知識管理系統架構,可有效滿足知識管理需求改變與規模變化之彈性需求;3.分權負責的管理機制,是公司全球化時知識管理系統的權限解決方案;4.知識管理系統的推行可以是軟性的,重點在於塑造員工心中對知識管理的認同。
本研究之貢獻則為提出一知識管理系統的思考點-架構彈性,並提出解決方案,以供想導入或建置知識管理系統之企業以及開發知識管理系統之軟體廠商作為參考。 This research begins from the role and importance of the part that Knowledge Management System (KMS) play in Knowledge Management, study on TFT-LCD K Company’s KMS, to treat how to implement and construct the knowledge management system from theory to practice, to help the study of knowledge management. The conclusions of this research are: 1.The structure of KMS must have flexibility to support the different requirement of different grow phase of company. 2. The KMS structures that this research present can fulfil the flexibility requires of the demand change and scope change of knowledge management. 3.at global industry, decentralize is the security solution of KMS. 4. The promotion of KMS can be soft, because the key point is to build the values of knowledge in employees mind. The contributions of this research are provided a point view - Structure Flexibity to knowledge management system, and provide a solution for companies that want to implement KMS or the KMS software developer for references. |
