摘要: 企業資源規劃(ERP)主要是將企業平日的活動,所使用到的內外部資源以電子化的方式來做有效的安排與規劃,進而發揮企業競爭優勢,提高企業經營效率。而一個企業資源規劃專案,通常有三種角色存在:1.軟體公司 2.使用單位 3.顧問公司。軟體公司開發ERP軟體,由顧問公司負責規劃與導入企業資源規劃系統。本文研究動機,乃在企圖透過進一步的研究與個案的探討,來提供ERP顧問業者研擬經營策略上的參考。 研究上採用個案研究法,藉由蒐集市場調查、新聞報導、學術文獻等資料,就選定之個案公司作經營策略上的分析,包括內外環境、資源等,推導出個案公司經營型態,並提出建議方案以供參考。 針對現存台灣地區ERP顧問業者探討其經營策略後,本研究發現業者普遍陷於成長停滯的狀態,也面臨轉型與否的決策點。對於此,研究結果提出了幾點建議:1.顧問業者與系統業者結盟。2.目標客戶群轉向中小企業市場。3.營業範圍拓展至中國大陸市場。4.開發本土化、利基型應用模組
The enterprise resource planning( ERP) is used by enterprise in usually activity, to arrange all the resources of enterprise in electronic way, then developing the enterprise competitive advantage. A ERP project usually having three kinds of roles :1.ERP company 2.User 3.Consultant .The ERP company develops the ERP software, the consultant is responsible to plan and induct into the ERP system. This research is attempting to research and study the individual cases, provide the suggestion to the ERP consultant for reference. This study adopted the case study method by collect the data, such as the market research, news report ...etc. To study the chosen company and build the strategic analysis then provide suggestions for reference. For the ERP consulting in Taiwan, this research finds that most of the consulting is sinking in the growth stagnation, also facing the decision of changing or not. In order to solve these dilemma ,the research provide four suggestions:1.The consulting company and ERP company form alliance.2.Target the customers change direction the medium small enterprise market.3.The business scope expands to Mainland China market.4.Develop the localization, the niche an application module
