摘要: 测试工作在网路晶片的功能验证与品质控制上扮演重要角色,如何将测试工作自动化以提升总体测试的产出,降低人力的投入是测试工作上重要的议题。为了达成这个目的,本文提出应用资料分类技术应用于测试工作的想法,将测试批次档根据功能目的予以分门别类之后,从同类别的测试批次档中萃取共同的特征,建立类别样本,以期达成自动建立并分类测试批次档的目的。
Hardware testing plays an important role in the functional verification and quality control of the network IC industry. How to automate and promote the overall throughputs of the test jobs, and how to lower the human resources involvement are all very important issues for system verification. This paper suggests applying the data classification techniques on the system verification. First, we categorize the batch files into pre-defined categories, then we can extract common features among all the batch files of the same category. A common template for each category can be established according to the extracted features. Finally, we can automatically generate script files and categorize the new batch files.
