建構電腦整合製造決策支援雛型系統-個案研究

Abstract

決策支援系統的發展在近年已具備有成熟的技術基礎，在業界亦有諸多上市的套裝軟體，但對軍方而言，因屬於封閉的作業環境，基於組織架構上的差異、資訊安全的考量以及業界套裝軟體可客製化的限制等因素，並無法滿足需求。 本研究的案例對象為中山科學研究院系統製造中心。該單位目前已發展電腦整合製造系統，並具有多年使用成功的經驗，在此一良好的基礎架構下，將以CIM系統中生產製造相關的分系統為主軸，分析具決策支援KPI及利用線上分析處理技術，以規劃決策支援系統的建置。

The development of decision support system possesses ripe technological foundation in recent years and there is a great deal of software packages in the industry. As for military, the software packages usually can not satisfy the demands of military due to the closed operational environment, the difference of organizational framework, the considerations of information security and the limitation of customization of industrial software packages. The case study of this research is the System Manufacturing Center of Chung-Shan Institute of Scientific & Technology. This unit has already developed the computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) system and has successful experiences of using the CIM system for many years. Under this good infrastructure, this research analyzes the KPI for decision support and utilizes the technology of on-line analytical processing to develop a decision support system for the manufacturing sub-system of the CIM system.
