標題: 研究生對實驗室危害之認知行為研究-以某大專院校為例

摘要: 中 文 摘 要 近幾年來,發生了數起實驗室的意外災害,引起社會大眾的熱烈關注,但因實驗室性質複雜,各實驗室雖盡力推動安全衛生管理,而實驗室災害仍時有所聞,大專院校之安全衛生教育訓練雖落實執行,但其成效可議,故進行本研究,期藉由本項問卷調查之統計結果,找出研究生於進行新進人員教育訓練中所產生之盲點,並利用品質管制之手法歸納分析找出改善方針而予以改善。 為評估實驗室安全衛生教育訓練之成效,增進安全衛生工作之執行成果,本研究採用問卷調查的方式,調查研究生對實驗室危害因子的認知度、對實驗室安全衛生工作的重視度及對安全衛生工作的配合意願與是否落實等,經由問卷調查顯示,研究生在實驗室各項認知行為中,表現最好的是實驗室安全衛生工作之重要性認知,表現最差的是對實驗室危害特性認知,這樣的結果顯示安全衛生教育訓練僅告知學生安全衛生工作的重要性,學生也能接受這樣的訊息,但卻未能告訴學生實驗室危害特性為何,導致學生僅知道應該做,卻不知如何做。 另外就研究生基本資料不同是否影響其安全衛生認知方面,使用危險性機械設備較不使用機械設備的研究生認知度為高,只有實驗時才今如實驗室的研究生認知度比不進行實驗時也會在實驗室讀書及其他完全不進實驗室的研究生高,另外聽過親友講述過工安意外的研究生認知度也較為曾接受工安事故訊息的研究生高。 針對上述兩項結論,建議學校進行安全衛生教育訓練時應由曾經接受工安事故訊息之研究生講述其工安事故經驗,既能提升研究生之危害認知,更能加強危害防範意識,應是學校進行安全衛生工作一項最佳選擇。
Abstract In the last few years, take place count up rise laboratory's accidental calamity, cause society mass ardent attention, but because laboratory nature are complex, each laboratory although do the best push safety conservancy of sanitation, but laboratory calamity still time to some extent hear of, college institutes safety sanitation education training although practicable execute, but it effect can discuss, reason proceed this research, by means of questionnaire survey stat result by this, seek to come out research born in proceed new enter personnel education training in bring forth blind spot, and take advantage of quality control technic generalize analyze seek to come out ameliorate guiding principle but give ameliorate. For evaluation laboratory safety sanitation education training effect, enhance safety sanitation job execute harvest, this research adopt questionnaire survey style, investigation graduate harm because son cognition degree are to laboratory, safety sanitation working think well of degree and to safety sanitation working cooperation wish and whether practicable wait for to laboratory, by questionnaire survey show, graduate each item cognize behaviour in at laboratory, behave best is laboratory safety sanitation job importance cognition, behave the poorest is harm characteristic cognition to laboratory, such result shows safety sanitation education training only inform student safety sanitation working importance, student can accept such information too, but but fail tell student laboratory harm characteristic why, lead to student only know should make, but do not know how to make. On the other hand then graduate base data different whether affect it safety sanitation cognition aspect, usage risk gan do more not use gan's graduate cognize degree act for high, nothing but experience time just now be like laboratory's graduate cognize degree than does not proceed experience time can study etcetera completely not enter laboratory's graduate high at laboratory too, on the other hand listen relatives and friends tell work safe accidental graduate cognize degree have better ever accepted work safe accident information's graduate high too. Direct to upmentioned two conclusions, suggestion school proceed safety sanitation education training time should by have ever accepted work safe accident information graduate tell it work safe accident experience, already can promote graduate harm cognition, can strengthen harm precaution consciousness much, should be school proceed safety sanitation job a best choose.
