dc.description.abstract | 近幾年,汽車產業結構轉變,全球汽車業者都在進行轉型與升級,並積極提升產品之附加價值。在此潮流下,汽車電子的重要性油然而生,車用半導體市場也跟著加溫。因此,汽車業者用來規範其供應商的要求- ISO/TS 16949,半導體製造業如晶圓代工業也同樣被汽車供應鏈之客戶要求必須取得此認證。一般的企業在推行ISO/TS 16949時通常採用與顧問公司合作的方式,藉助其輔導的經驗以幫助企業順利推動ISO/TS 16949並通過認證。ISO/TS 16949係專屬於汽車業的要求,若非具有汽車業背景的顧問或許不能瞭解精髓,但顧問若不明瞭晶圓代工業的運作模式,則輔導推動過程會相當困難且成效不佳。專案管理為近年來頗為流行的管理方法,可將管理知識、技術、工具和方法綜合運用到專案活動上。推動ISO/TS16949至認證的過程亦可視為專案。目前之中外文獻對於晶圓代工廠自行導入ISO/TS 16949品質管理系統之研究,相當罕見。本論文之主要目的是運用專案管理的知識和技能,透過核心小組的運作,再結合PDCA循環的手法,探討導入ISO/TS 16949品質管理系統時的各階段步驟及實施要點。本研究最後以某晶圓代工廠為案例,說明本研究方法之有效性。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the global automotive industry is restructuring and upgrading, and also actively promotes the added value of products. Accordingly, automotive semiconductor market is heating up as the importance of the automotive electronics becomes evident. The automotive industry regulates its suppliers by ISO/TS 16949. The semiconductor manufacturing industry, such as foundries, is also regulated by ISO/TS 16949 from the customers of the supply chain in the automotive industry. In general, enterprises usually cooperate with the consultants to get the guidance in implementing ISO/TS 16949 management system and obtain the certificate through the help of the consultants. ISO/TS 16949 requirements is specially designed for the automotive industry. If consultants do not have experiences from the automotive industry, they may not be able to understand the essence of ISO/TS 16949 and the operation mode in foundry industry. In this case, the counseling process will be very difficult and the results may not be successful. The project management is a popular methodology which utilizes the management knowledge and skills to project activities. The process of implementing ISO/TS 16949 management system to obtain the certification can be considered as a project. Literatures regarding implementing ISO/TS 16949 quality management system by foundry itself is rarely seen. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to use project management methodologies and PDCA to develop an implementing procedure for ISO/TS 16949 quality management system by company itself. Finally, a wafer foundry house is utilized as a case study to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. | en_US |
