台灣光學讀取頭廠商之市場現況與競爭分析-以個案公司為例

Abstract

隨著台灣光儲存產業的蓬勃發展，光碟機搭配的關鍵零組件產業競爭日益激烈。台灣投入光學讀取頭產業的廠商前仆後繼，不斷地尋求利基型市場及成熟穩定的技術成長。 有鑑於此，本研究藉著蒐集次級產業資料、專家訪談與直接觀察法等方式探討目前DVD產業的成長情形，並整理出台灣光學讀取頭各廠的競爭現況。 本研究以五力分析探討個案公司在產業中遇到各方面競爭強度，搭配SWOT分析目前個案公司在台灣的優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅，最後以關鍵成功因素分析結果配合目前的市場現況建議個案公司未來策略的走向，以供後進者進入光學讀取頭產業之參考。

With the development of optical storage industry, ODD (Optical Disc Drive) key component suppliers have to face a highly competitive environment in the market. The manufacturers of optical pickup head (OPU) in Taiwan are constantly investing in and seeking for a niche market and improvement in technical aspects. Through the methods of collecting secondary data, expert interview and direct observation, this research has been analyzing the current situation of DVD industry, and further, it also shows competitive situation among suppliers of OPU industry in Taiwan. The case company has been analyzing by Michael Porter’s ‘Five Forces Model’ to determine the competitive situation in OPU industry, and by using ‘SWOT Analysis’ to illustrate the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of case company in Taiwan. Subsequently, this research also identifies the key success factors (KSFs) of case company and tries to make some suggestions to those who want to enter the OPU market.
