摘要: | 本研究中探讨二腔及三腔式低压缩比的蠕动式微帮浦。压缩比约为0.00706。测试不同的蠕动相位及背压下,对微帮浦净流量的影响。此外我们利用一套块状理论,分析微帮浦的流场,在非稳态的模式下可预测微帮浦内压力及流量的变化。由模拟的结果可知,逆向三相位的蠕动形式,在低压缩比的蠕动式微帮浦中能产生最大的净流量,另外微帮浦的腔体数目增加后,可承受较大的背压。 A double and triple chambers low-compression ratio peristaltic micropump is presented in this thesis. The compression ratio is almost 0.00706. We calculate the net flow rate of micropump with different peristaltic motion and different back pressures. Furthermore, the flow of micropump is also analyzed by using lump system. The unsteady model is capable of predicting the pressure and flow rate of micropump inside. By the simulation result, the peristaltic motion of reverse three-phase achieved a maximum flow rate. Besides, the micropump can sustain maximum backpressure when increase the chambers of micropump. |
