dc.description.abstract本論文是針對筆者於2010年繪製之山海經奇幻插畫系列之創作自述。文中探討奇幻插畫題材內容、理念形式與技法媒材等議題,配合畫圖說故事的趣味完成此次創作。全文分兩大部份,第一部份為文獻探討,歸納構圖的理論與手法,探討如何設計畫面中的視覺元素,以達創作者欲呈現的視覺效果。文獻探討中,關於概念的圖解,大多以奇幻插畫師Frank Frazetta的作品為範例,因其作品之風格與構圖,對筆者的創作具有較深的影響。 第二部份為筆者實際之插畫創作經驗, 以作為理論外的驗證與對照 。媒材選擇為數位繪畫,描繪對象為山海經中的生物與角色。筆者由閱讀山海經的文字描述出發,經由天馬行空的幻想以及插畫之表現手法,將文中的神話角色與生物視覺化,並給與一段自由改編的故事。另外,為使奇幻內容增加可信度與傳達的說明性,本次創作以偏向寫實的風格呈現。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is a description of a series of my fantasy illustrations which depict the characters and creatures in the Shan Hai Jing. The article is divided into two parts. The first part includes the origin of fantasy art, techniques of painting and theories of composition. The second part describes my process of fantasy painting, the analysis of the composition in those paintings and the imaginative story behind the character and creature which is depicted in the painting. In order to make the fantasy painting looks real and believable, I paint this series of illustration in realistic style.en_US
