dc.description.abstract對企業而言,採購決定了成本、排程、交期等企業競爭因素,其重要性可見一斑;然而,傳統採購流程相當繁雜,且耗費相當多人力在處理溝通事宜,因之,如何有效進行改善,對企業競爭優勢建立有其不可或缺的地位。 本研究擬採個案研究方式,選擇臺灣一家網路通訊廠商,提出可採之MPO、VMI、JMI、CRP、JIT等五種物料管理模式,並針對其導入供應鏈協同計畫之成效進行評估討論。最後針對個案公司持續導入供應鏈協同計畫提出策略性建議,以做為個案公司策略方向,及產學界之後續研究參考之用。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purchasing procedure decides the competitive factors of the enterprise, such as the cost, manufacturing scheduling, and the delivery time. It's so important. But the traditional purchasing procedure is so complicated, and cost a lot of human resource in communication. Therefore, how to improve the purchasing procedure effectively is so important about the competitive advantage for the enterprises. In this study, it uses the case study research method, and chooses a network vendor in Taiwan as the case. This study proposes the materials management models, such as MPO, VMI, JMI, CRP, and JIT. And then we evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain collaboration plans. Finally, this study makes the strategic opinion about implementing the supply chain collaboration plan for its reference of the strategic direction.en_US
