摘要: 世界上熱泵產業,自1970s年代開始因應石油危機,開始發展此節能的產業。且於1980s年代達到市場第一次的高峰。近年因應溫室效應,熱泵技術已證明為有效的節能解決方案,減少能源損耗與碳排放量,即將進入另一波市場成長期。 本研究採用創新密集服務分析模式為架構,以四種客製化程度與五種創新類型做為橫向縱向構面,分析熱泵產業中系統整合服務商未來策略的走向,以及所需配合的服務價值活動及外部資源。研究方法則採用文獻分析與專家問卷調查,針對服務價值活動與外部資源的因子,進行小樣本的統計分析。 研究結果顯示台灣熱泵產業設計服務業,現階段的策略定位為【選擇型服務/市場創新】,其服務價值活動以【服務設計】、【測試認證】為重要構面;外部資源以【研發/科學】、【技術】與【製造】為重要構面。 未來的策略定位預期為【選擇型服務/組織創新】,其服務價值活動以【服務設計】、【測試認證】、【行銷】、【售後服務】與【支援活動】等五大構面為重要構面;外部資源則以【研發/科學】、【技術】與【服務】為重要構面。
This thesis reports on an integrated analysis using the innovation intensive services (IIS) model. By structuring a 4x5 matrix, encompassing four service segments and five innovation modes, we assessed the strategic positioning and future development trend of the service provider in heat pump industry. We also found the needed service value activities and outside resources. Research methods include literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and statistics analyses to assess key success factors of value activities and externalities. Results show that the current strategy of Taiwan Heap Pump industry is positioning on “Selective Service/Market Innovation”. Heap Pump industry design service value activity focus on “Design Service” and “Validation of Testing”. The external resources focus on “Research/Science”, “Technology”, and “Production”. Future trend is estimated the strategy needs to be moved to “Selective Service/Organizaion Innovation” o The service value activities focus on “Design Service”, “Validation of Testing ”, “Marketing”, “After Sale Service”, and “Support Activities”. The external resource should be focus on “Research/Science”, “Technology” and “Service”.
